Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Uozan, provided by Conjora Limited, Ireland. By subscribing you agree to them.

The service

Uozan Professional analyses project documents you upload and produces findings, dashboards and reports. It is decision support. Findings are derived only from your documents, may be incomplete or wrong, and must be verified before you rely on them. Uozan is not an audit and its outputs are not approved by any third party.

Subscription and payment

The subscription costs €79 per month plus any applicable VAT, billed in advance through Stripe, and renews monthly until cancelled. It includes the monthly allowance shown on the pricing page. There are no overage charges; when the allowance is used, processing pauses until the next month.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from Billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund partial months except where the law requires. If a payment fails, access continues while the payment is retried and ends if it cannot be collected.

Your content

You keep all rights to your documents and reports. You confirm you are entitled to upload them. We use them only to provide the service to you and do not use them to train AI models.

Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, attempt to access other customers’ data, circumvent usage limits or resell the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the service’s output. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and law

We will give 30 days’ notice of material changes to these terms or the price. Irish law applies.
