Privacy notice
Last updated 16 October 2026
Uozan is operated by Conjora Limited, Ireland (“we”). This notice explains what personal data we process when you use uozan.com.
What we process
- Account data — your email address, name if given, and sign-in records.
- Billing data — subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
- Customer content — the documents you upload and everything derived from them. These may contain personal data about people on your project (for example names of owners). You decide what to upload; we process it only to provide the service to you.
- Usage data — cookieless analytics on page and feature use, and processing records (token counts, timings) for cost control.
Why, and on what basis
To provide the service you subscribe to (contract); to bill you and meet legal obligations; to keep the service secure and its costs sustainable (legitimate interests). For customer content you are the controller and we act as your processor.
Who else processes it
Our processors are listed on the Security page, with what each does. Some are located outside the EEA; transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual safeguards.
Retention
Customer content is kept while your subscription is active and for 30 days after it ends, unless you delete it sooner. Account and billing records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to processing and complain to the Data Protection Commission (Ireland). Contact us through conjora.ie/support.
