What the allowance means in practice
An assessment of a typical reporting pack — a plan, a RAID log, a status report, minutes and a tracker — uses one of your 30 monthly assessments. Re-running after uploading a new version uses another. Documents you have already uploaded are never reprocessed or counted again unless their content changes.
Fair processing limits
Narrative text is read by an AI model, which has a real cost per page. To keep the price flat, each account has a monthly processing ceiling well above ordinary use. If you reach it, new processing pauses until the 1st (UTC) — nothing is charged extra, and existing reports stay available.
VAT
€79 excludes VAT. Where VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout from your billing details and shown on your invoice. Business customers can add a VAT number at checkout.
Renewal and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly on the date you subscribed. Cancel any time from Billing; access continues to the end of the paid month. After that, you have 30 days to export reports before project data is deleted. If a payment fails, access continues while the card is retried, and we tell you.
